If you’re planning a festive event somewhere locally and are hoping to attract lots of visitors, we know how much there is to consider to make sure everything runs smoothly. The safety of your spectators and visitors is a number one priority. Ensuring there are clearly designated pedestrianised areas, ample parking spaces, appropriate diversions and enough marshals are just some of the things to add to your ‘planning’ checklist.

We can assist with putting up Christmas lights and decorations or taking them down at the end of the season (boo!). Alternatively we can help with installing large structures such as a stage, ice rink or Christmas market. We can also arrange designated parking areas your visitors can travel to and from the event safely.
And because we know there’s safety in numbers, our fully qualified marshals, who are Chapter 8 compliant, will oversee your event and make sure it runs efficiently. We’ve been awarded Bronze by ROSPA and have been in partnership with road safety charity Brake, so we are fully experienced in keeping vulnerable road users safe in public spaces.
