What we’ve been up to this April

Introduction
It was another busy month for the team here at Nationwide Traffic Solutions. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been getting on with.
Traffic management on Somerset Road, Wimbledon
We were in Wimbledon on Somerset Road, managing a crane operation on a tight residential street. Two-way lights, 100m of Heras fencing, and a full pedestrian diversion were planned in full before the crew arrived and delivered cleanly by a two-man team.

UK wide Easter Egg Hunt!
Our road operatives had some fun this Easter by hiding eggs across 20 locations nationwide. 20 sites, 20 hidden eggs, one big smile from us. A small gesture, but one we really enjoyed doing.

PAT testing & IPV maintenance
We’ve kept on top of our safety regulations this month, supporting UK Safety Management with PAT testing to ensure all equipment is safe and compliant, and taking one of our IPVs to DBS for its scheduled maintenance check. It’s a really important part of how we operate.

High speed closures across West Sussex
Over in Ferring and Worthing, West Sussex, high speed roads bring a different level of responsibility. With an IPV out front and lane closures delivered across multiple live carriageways, every operative was protected and every site signed to the standard a high-speed road demands. All crews home safe.

Conclusion
Thanks to the whole team for another great month. Let’s keep this energy going into May!
