This Friday marks Employee Appreciation Day and we want to take a moment to say how truly grateful we are for every member of the NTS team.
Your hard work, resilience and commitment never go unnoticed, and your mental health and wellbeing matter deeply to us.
We understand that our industry brings unique challenges. From difficult interactions with members of the public, including frustrated calls to our office team or unacceptable behaviour towards our site teams, to long hours spent miles away from home during unsociable times, the impact can be significant. Time away from family and friends can feel isolating, and we recognise how tough that can be.
That is why we place real value on life outside of work and aim to offer flexibility wherever possible. We also want to make sure everyone knows about the free support available to them from some brilliant charities
