What Weve Been Up To In July

Pleased to support the Queens Head Golf Society golf day!

We were pleased to support the Queens Head Golf Society golf day this month. Great to see so many people get involved for a cause close to our hearts, Andy’s Man Club, and every donation made will go towards making a real difference.

Launched our traffic-themed colouring competition for the summer holidays

We also launched our traffic-themed colouring competition for the summer holidays, with a LEGO Traffic Light Set up for grabs! Entries close 23/08/2026, so if you’ve got budding artists at home, check out our page for details on how to enter.

Worked on Wanlip Roundabout, A6/A46

On the road, our teams have been busy across the country:

Wanlip Roundabout, A6/A46 – Lane closures and ring road management to support civils works. Our crews delivered high-speed lane closures with an Impact Protection Vehicle, van and crew on site per day/night, backed by 4 Traffic Management Plans.

Worked on Cheltenham Road East, Churchdown, Gloucester

We supported utility works with a range of traffic management measures, including 2-way temporary traffic lights, two ramps, a cycle lane closure with cyclist dismount signage, switch battery changes, men at work signage and two Traffic Management Plans, ensuring the project was delivered safely and efficiently.

Worked on Fish Hill Street, London EC3R

Another road closure for a crane operation, with 70m barrier, advanced warnings, letterdrop and man & van support, delivered under 1 Traffic Management Plan.

Three different jobs, three different locations, all delivered to the same high NTS standard.

Fantastic feedback this month!

We also want to recognise some fantastic achievements from our team this month. Our road crew, Rob and Nick, received two lots of excellent customer feedback praising them for being extremely helpful, polite and always willing to go above and beyond on site. Meanwhile, our project administrators had an outstanding month managing quotations, with a special mention to Tanya, who completed an incredible 170 quotes during July. It’s a fantastic achievement and a real credit to the hard work and dedication of our office team, who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Martin won the World Cup sweepstake!

And finally, following our World Cup sweepstake, congratulations to Martin, our winner after drawing Spain and France, arguably the two strongest picks in the draw! A portion of the winnings went to Andy’s Man Club, so thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such an enjoyable tournament to follow.

And that’s just a small selection of the work our teams have delivered this month, supporting clients day and night and keeping road users moving safely across the UK.
